I returned the cell phone I purchased at Metro pcs. It was a M835 android, it had problems with it. Such as overheated and would not charge... The employee told me that he had same problem with his phone too. I would accept credit for the monthly payment I ended up taking as a loss but it was too late. I paid $160.00 and got back $86.00 back, not fair as i followed the return policy of no more than 1 hour usage and/or no longer than 7 days kept. I used 35 mins total and returned it in 5 days. Please advise!
