Do not buy anything from vanguard communications (aka robert carlson). It is a SCAM! He will ask you to wire him the money for the phones saying he will ship them to you and then you do not receive them. He will give you all kinds of phony excuses on why he is having trouble sending them and then when you ask for your money back, he will cut off all communication. Avoid this company at all costs!!!
