Qinyuan company at first seems to be a great company to work with. Its incredible how they can convince you that you will be taken care of.

I can not believe thet can get away with this!
We have been in the water cooler inductry for 11 years and we outsourced our venture to import Water Coolers from China.
ANNIE, who claims to be a person of consiounce, has compeltely ruined our business!
They send us GARBAGE! GARBAGE GARBAGE!
When we called to fix the defected units. Annie was out! Annie was in a meeting. Annie was discussing the issue with edward the director!
Weve spent $50,000 on the product, no annie syas they discontinued it!!!
I wonder why?!?!?!
Then she says she will pay me back!
And she never retruns calls emails or anything!
