Poor company to work fo

Organization treats it workers as though they're in a cattle vehicle - overw orked, outstanding, and any problem compnay won't consider ANY responsbility for - like a X supervisor I can't believe that the compnay might and does handle its workers and administration so poorly - its uncomfortable! Why could anybody wish to work with this type of poor organization - additionally, they CAn't provide on the support or on the deliveries - and all of the balme gos towards the workers vs corp.
