Company Very Likely A Scam!

This was the first scam I ever encountered in relation to my checking account. I received an overdraft notice on January 26th in my mail. I went to the bank to check it out, because I only write 4 checks a month, and I write them to the bank while I stand at the counter. This account is not used for ordering, or for shopping of any type.

I went to my bank the next morning and followed through with a dispute. The bank gave me a phone number they had listed for the company. I called them, and asked the man who answered the phone, "What product do you sell, or what service do you provide?" He said, "Well, we do a lot of things." I never could get any straight answer to my questions. I told him I wanted to talk to the Supervisor, and a woman came onto the phone. She promised she would look into it, and see what was done, and that she would call me back the next day.

That call never came! I never received any contact at all from them after that. My bank put me in touch with their Fraud Department for a report, and they credited me for the money. Nothing has ever been heard from them about giving back the money to my bank. Seems they are members of the Fly-by-night club! It looks like I need to proceed legally against them now.
