Usell is a fraud

I am not likely to claim much apart from the organization usell.com is just a scam (www.usell.com). They'll deliver you the required surround to be able to deliver your telephone for them, but this is the very last thing you'll actually obtain from usell.com. After weeks of saying they've not obtained my telephone, I eventually stated enough using the backwards and forwards, simply document a missing phone state and become completed with this stress. They move quiet for months and wont return my emails. I submitted a problem using the BBB and abruptly (following the BBB directs them communication) the organization recognizes they've my telephone and certainly will deliver me a $58 examine within 7-10 days. Which was more than 30 days before. How is that this not really a crime? If your person offered me a telephone and that I decided to spend them cash for this, however simply strolled away - I really could visit prison for robbery.
