I purchased the popular chi hair straightener by Farouk from Stylebell.com for a whopping $134.95. I experienced absolutely dreadful service! Farouk does not have any authorized dealers online, however, this company has been misleading consumers by advertising that their products are 100% genuine. I found out too late. Go to farouk.com and read the 2 year warranty guidelines or simply call farouk customer service to verify.

When I purchased the "CHI" hair straightener from the Stylebell.com site and realized it was by no means authentic, (I also have a straightener worth $15 that works much better.) I called them to return the product and they instructed me to send the item along with my name and order number. (No metion of paying extra to confirm delivery which will later haunt me.)

After 4 weeks of waiting, I called them back and they told me they never received my product and will not do anything about it. Now I just lost $134.95 on a fake chi hair straighter. Stybell.com is a fraud and they do not sell authentic products. The customer service department showed no sympathy and in fact hung up on me after my name was given. It seemed that the whole company was in on a scam and made it seem as if my package had just disappeared. Please do not waste your money! This company is false advertising and taking honest consumer earnings. There is no integrity left at this company.
