The bad sales in New York!

I was in store on 5th Avenue in 05/28
to buy a cell phone and the salesman sold for my wife a BlackBerry
Storm, did not give me the invoice just a receipt of credit card and
business card (attached).
The most expert salesman sold my wife a phone that used and to come to
Brazil is not working.
We travel a lot and have several friends who also travel if I and my
wife speak to what happened that is not good for business.
I hope a solution to my problem.
