Doesn't Honor Cell Phone Warranty

Below I'm upset by Samsung organization customer support for rejecting fix request. I purchased Samsung mobile phone (design SGH-t329 Sequence) last September.in March this season the telephone collection wasn't operating with no specific cause (I never decreased, or abuse something like this). Because it continues to be under their Regular Limited Warrenty that will be twelve months proven within the users guide. And so I named customer support (1-888-987-4357) for fix (solution quantity 4003293898-A03) and delivered back based on their coaching. Nowadays I acquired mail from their store and informing me that my request was declined. The reason behind rejecting may be the LED of the system was poor and never included in the guarantee. I further examined the items of the guarantee and can't discover the reason-they gave me. I contemplate that's not really a legitimate execuse to show their clients along. Therefore be mindful of the unjusting company training for their clients.
