Vet Specs
Veterinary Specifications Knowingly sold defective products

Electronics and household app.

Vet Specs, Veterinary Specifications, sells veterinary blood pressure and surgical monitors. They manufactured the VSM7 and pulled it from the market because in their own words "it was a defective product". They replaced our VSM7 with a VSM8 after a year of complaints. The VSM8 is no better and we have spent $700 on replacement parts in order to try and keep it running.

After speaking with their product manager, Casey, he said we have spent over twice as much on replacement parts as the "average" VSM8 owner but they are not willing to replace a broken part for us, or even meet us halfway on the $400 expense. As a matter of fact he encouraged me to go ahead a write a bad review of VetSpecs as "they had so many bad reviews already one more would not make a difference". If you ever take any advice take this... Do not waste your money with this company-avoid vet specs at all costs!
