HD Discounts Fake company, or very poorly run business! Do not use!

Decided on Thursday of last week (5/12) to order an accessory for my Samsung Galaxy Tab. Did a random google search to see who had the lowest prices, and was surprised to find an e-tailer in my state that carried the item, at a "better than most" price..

Completely failed to research the company, and now in every way regret dealing with them.

Been over a week, order status still remains the same, "awaiting fulfillment, " constant calls to their 800 number at all hours of day and night get me an immediate recorded message stating their office is closed with their office hours listed. (Of course no matter what time you call you get this message.) Have sent 5 emails to them over the past week, all of which have gone unanswered.

Sure enough they billed my credit card the day after my sale was placed, but have yet to have any correspondence from them what so ever.

Avoid this company at all cost... Www.redtagcellular.com or HD Discounts. They are either completely a scam, or a terribly run business!

Stick with the names you know... Not worth supporting the "little, local guys, " in the end you always end up paying more...
