Never received order, company ignored all attempts to contact them

Placed an order with GadgetBoost on the 25th of April. GadgetBoost sent me a shippment notification email on the 28th of April. As of May 10th I have not received this order and GadgetBoost has not returned any of my calls or emails. Their phone number is a Google voice mail box. There is no contact email on their web page, the only address I have is the one they used to send the shipment notification.
