This voice actually picks up the call, acts familiar, and tells you to hold on to talk to the desired person. This scam is so perfectly arranged, that the SAME VOICE tells you that "THE PERSON IS COMING" or keeps YELLING FOR THE PERSON "THAT SOMEBODY IS ON THE PHONE FOR THEM".
