Deceiving payments to their independant technicians

The two years that i worked with syntechs, there is always a delay. The paycheck is always late and the calls continue to come. You have to run the calls even when the money is gone. With working as an independant technician, you have to purchase all the equipment, if you don't have the money for the equipment, they don't want to hear the complaints. Tech support is so bad that you cannot get anyone to help you.

They want you to have a cell phone, and keep you waiting on tech support. If gas skyrockets in price, there is not a raise or help, only more calls. When calls go down the technician is stuck at home.in other words they are out for themselves.in the twenty-nine years of customer service, they are the worst, don't care, and will do what it takes to make them look good.
