Ripoff

I am writing this information to file a complaint against AIPCS Systems Technologies located in Farmingdale, New York.in October I was searching to purchase a new computer. I saw the AIPCS Systems Technologies which had some very nice computers that I liked, so I called them and told them I had selected the computer I wanted. Several days later I received a call from Christina Gilmore that I had been approved for a purchase for the product and had been approved for $2,250.00 dollars. I was told there would be a down payment of $225.00 plus a processing fee of $59.00 payable to Webdevnet. I was then told by the respresenative Christina Gilmore that I would be sent out some paperwork to sign the agreement for purchase.

Approximately a week later I received the paperwork, I signed it and sent it back. Approximately two weeks had gone by and I did not hear anything from AIPCS so I called and I had some difficulty trying to get through and I finally had to call the International number they had to be connected to the regular AIPCS customer Service Desk, where at that time I spoke with Representative Chris Bridgwood, I advised them that I was canceling my order, because I was not being told what was going on, and my computer had not been sent out to me. Chris Bridgewood, the Respresentative them said, we will refund your money, but first you must request in writing for the refund, and Chris Bridgwood indicated that I would get my refund in two weeks.

Then again I did not hear from them for several weeks and I talked to another represenatative, who gave me a hard time and told me that I would not receive my refund for 6 months. I have written serveral letters to AIPCS requesting my refund and I also had a legal representative write a letter to the President of AIPCS for my refund, which they received on January 20th and to date, I have not received any response from the company President or represenative.

I am at my wits end and I am going to do what ever it takes, this is a first step to get this company known to consumers not to do business with AIPCS Systems Technologies in Farmindgdale, New York. Yes I was Ripped off for a total of $284.00
