Item came with "H" key broken-off and free within the container, and that I couldn't place it back on. However the problem was the pc couldn't examine my-memory card or show movie from camera properly.
I approached Meritline to inquire about an change, however they called me to Asus since Meritline stated they do not manage results and trades. Asus explained they'd not trade it despite the fact that the merchandise is under warranty. Named Meritline again to protest. Meritline stated all of the providers were hectic plus they might call-back. They never did.
UPDATE - Meritline ultimately called back 24 hours later, but had no compassion whatsoever. They just stated they're not accountable the faulty items they market and that I have to go up using the producer. Clearly, I am simply moving in groups with this particular.
