The water and ice accessory on my recently shipped LFX28978SB French-Door fridge quit functioning after 20 minutes. The cell confirmed "IM CF". I browse the guide and appeared it-up online to understand I'd to contact LG. Then it began creating a noisy knocking sound - every half an hour in a period around 50 hits repeated three times. I named LG and was informed they'd send a fix technology. I actually donot need a fix technology - I'd like THE BRAND NEW frig I settled for.
