Requested stove selection for sale from internet sears website. 2-day purchase of smooth-top, self-cleaning, gasoline or electrical, stove selection costing $399. It outlined a-10%discount for utilizing a sears credit card and provided free shipping. I requested the electrical variety; and because it was this type of great deal, I also requested a for that range along with a trash removal for my home that we am upgrading. Advertisement seemed Jan 2 and was shipped in January. I quit product in-box until electric store was mounted in center of March. The electric specialist explained the range wasn't a self-cleaning device as show within the advertisement. I informed sears and sears online purchasing about error. Sears sent a second alternative variety May 1st. 2nd variety was another mistake with traditional writers and wasn't approved. Today they've no understanding of their alternative endeavor at a level trade. They're hesitant to create proper shipping without extra cost adjustments more than $100. Sears options are absurd or nonexistent!!!
