Walmart dosent tell you anything when you buy an x box

So me and my boyfriend bought an x box at walmart and we thought it was bran new. Well when we got home and went to play it it already had a 20000 gamer score and 2 profiles. He was mad!!! And that made me really mad how are you goin to sell someone a preowned game and not tell them or have it advritised. Then we had bought another controler and the clerk didnt even ring it up. So im so over buying at walmart (and i have a discount) they need to keep up with there stuff before someone sues them.
