Scam, lied, no iphone or macbook pro, stole my money

Last week some guy from California (Vince Amado) on twitter was tweeting about how he sells iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks for good prices. So without thinking
I just went ahead and approached him and showed him that I was
interested. I decided to buy and iPhone4 for my boyfriend and a macbook pro for
myself. He sold the phone for 200 and the macbook 750. I "bought" and
immediately I requested for tracking information and he never responded.
Earlier this week he got upset because I called him a scammer and a
liar and when I asked for tracking info and dates still no answer! The
last text I got from him was "there was something wrong the the address
so you should get everything by Tuesday". It's Thursday and yes I have
been scammed! I know it's my fault for not looking into this and being
desperate to make my boyfriend happy with the phone and getting this lovely
laptop.
