HE Long Company I ordered a parabolic microphone for our nature walks and first they shipped the product to someone else and would not correct the issue, once I finally retrieved the product, it was not what I ordere

I ordered a parabolic microphone from SevenDeals (ie. HE Long Company - carbide cutting tools) and when they sent the UPS verification, my product was being shipped to a complete stranger. I tried several times to contact the company but their phones direct you to their e-mail and then they do not return your inquiry.

I finally retrieved the microphone from the gentleman it was shipped to and imagine my surprise when these crooks switched from the high end brand to some cheap asian knock-off toy.

DO NOT buy anything from HE Long or SevenDeals as they are a complete scam. There is no one to talk to and no one will cll you back.
