Lying on phone

3 months before, I named VW to go over my exorbitant telephone bill. The one who responded the phone call advised me that I'd decided to spend the statement on February 17. I never spoke to anybody. I used to be named a liar about the telephone, the repetition would not create it on my consideration easily hadnot said it. I stated "Why might I arrange for the money to pay for a statement before my payday? Why might I overdraw my banking account?" Never got apology. Can't watch for agreement to finish and so I may move elsewhere where customer support exists.
