Everything neon delivered broken product... Failed to fix it... Refuses to refund my money austin, tx

I purchased a sign from them in January. We received the sign... BROKEN..in February. We contacted everythingneon.com. They said they would send new letters and that WE would have to put them in the sign. I know nothing about signs or neon. To date. We have NOT received the letters. This has hurt our business... Because we have not had a sign. I finally ordered a sign from a different company.

My last call to everythingneon.com... They HUNG UP on me when I informed them I did not want the sign. They told me they WILL NOT refund my money.

After searching the web we have found a LOT of dissatisfied customers. This company is THE WORST at customer service. They have our money. We have a broken sign. Avoid these scumbags at all costs. There are plenty of good honest companies that sell neon (try Jantec—we bought one from them with no problems)... But everything neon is NOT GOOD to do business with. You are risking your time, your money, and dealing with the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with.
