Game Northgate is selling refurbished / demo goods as if new
and they are intentionally misleading customers into believing that the goods
are brand new. I have recently bought a [32” LG. FHD LED TV] and was ensured by
the sales person. That the product was brand new. However when I got home it
came to my attention that there were content missing in the packaging. It also
became apparent that the packaging was re sealed and re packaged. The following
day I visited the store again and informed the people on duty about the
misdemeanor. The salesperson was very hesitant to hand back my proof of
purchase and promised to call back. I haven't heard from GAME Northgate or the
salesperson since. I am also informed that I will have to wait for stock and
that I can't exchange the product even though I have tried to return it within
less than 12 hours.
