Falsified information and refusing to refund

I ordered a Canon Mark II 5D camera online from Grand Central Photo on January 25 for $2600. They told me twice before I ordered it that this camera was the exact same camera sold by other vendors for $3200.

One hour after order was confirmed, I called the company to cancel the order because I found out they had changed the lens and battery, and this was NOT the camera that I thought I ordered. I also found several reviews that stated that this company is a scam and have done to many others what they are doing to me.

They told me it was too late to cancel and I would have to wait to receive the camera in the mail. They said upon receipt of the camera, I could return it without having to pay any fees other than shipping (I spoke to a person named Stan). They told me they could not send me an email confirmation about this because of their "server" so I asked them to leave a voice mail message stating the conditions of my return. I was also told that I should receive the camera in 5 days.

I received the camera on February 18 via FedEX. On the FedEx label it clearly stated that the camera was shipped on February 17 (the order was made on Jan 25). I brought the camera to FedEx and sent it back to the company but they refused to accept it because there was no RMA form. They made no mention of this when I had called to cancel the order.

They sent me the RMA form but I am refusing to sign it because it states that the company will only refund me $2200 (we paid $2900) and are charging me several fees for returning the merchandise which was not our original agreement.

If I had known that the lens was not from the original Canon Mark II 5D (they replaced the lens with a much cheaper one), I would have NEVER ordered this camera. It is now over a month since my original order and I still have the camera and am not getting anywhere with the company in regards to getting refund.
