Refused to Answer Phone After Answering My Call Once About Damaged Graphic Card Shortly After Delivery

I've promised myself to be a thorn in the side of Cyberpower PC ever since they threw me to the wolves after both of one of graphic cards died while under warranty. The other card died within the following year, but it wasn't under warranty at the time. I called them more than twenty times and only once did they talk to me, it was the first time I called them about the issue of my dead graphics card.

They never once called me back, like they said they would, or made any attempt to pick up their phone after the first call. I ended up buying a Geforce 295 GTX to replace the two SLI Geforce 8800 for a total price of $800. It should have been a free exchange, but they didn't do their job.

This was two years ago. I stumbled on this site after reporting the abuse on.
