I would definitely not purchase or recommend JVC products because of their lack of customer service

I approached JVC for a certified repair service to correct my JVC TV product AV48P575. I named the service plus they delivered a technology to my house. These were not able to do the repair, below plus they eliminated inner components for analysis within their store.

The store claims JVC not attentive to components demands. They don't return calls or email. I experienced exactly the same issues after I attempted to make contact with JVC.

I've been without my Television for nearly four weeks and am completely discouraged with JVCis support and insufficient help.

I'd not at all buy or suggest JVC items due to their insufficient customer support.
