Bait and switch / Grey market items

I purchased a nikon camera from their store, on Ebay. After I settled using PayPal they me to contact and confirmed my purchase.

They attempted to Purchase me additional Guarantee and battery. After I declined to go they hang-up the telephone on me and that I never obtained the pkg, till this week after I requested a Nikon US I obtained grey-market product.

Whenever called customer support they declined to assist me I charge-back my card, please feel liberated to record when you have same problem like this.
