Faudulent Property Tax billing two years later!

November we paid off the lease with settlement charges that included estimated property taxes of $433.63 per their final invoicing. We have proof the copier was received and the check was cashed, therefore we were done with our obligation. One February 16 an invoice was issued to us for 2009 property taxes plus sales tax for a total of $304.45. I can forgive and forget that they overcharged on the estimated property taxes. However, to re-bill us for something we already paid in 2009 is fraud! They used the US Postal System to commit this crime of fraudulent billing - time for somebody at the federal government level to step-in.
