Maytag does not acknowledge a problem with these refrigerators

Our Maytag is design MSD2556. It's 4 yrs old and damaged. The defrost program is broken, the icemaker/water accessory is broken, the racks drop out, the doorway lining is damaged, and little components fall-off.

Maytag and Sears won't restore the components since there is merely a 12 months guarantee onto it.

I predicted a far more trusted and quality item for $1,449. I've read reviews from different customers using the same design which have had exactly the same issues.

Maytag doesn't recognize an issue with one of these appliances. Clearly, if after just 4 decades individuals are getting the same issues, there's to become something amiss anywhere. I would recommend to all customers purchasing a new fridge, DoN't Purchase Maytag!
