Time Warner Cable
Wants your money for something you did not order! Ripoff!

Time Warner Cable has stuck to their guns and are attempting to force me to pay for a 45.00 boxing match I never ordered. I am guilty of ordering blind date uncensored probably on the same day for which I am not being charged for. Go figure!

I called three times and finally spoke with a manager who claims that their is just no way that this could have been a mistake and therefore could not provide me with a credit. I asked them to please look at my past records (for the last 3 years) and see that my history is not consistent with a) someone who does not want to pay their bill and b) someone who actually wants to watch hours of boxing (not that there's anything wrong w/boxing, but I'm more of a ice skating kind of girl). She was extremely rude and forceful with me, claiming someone ordered this and I was just to accept it without any issues.

I'm not one to sit quietly as I get run over by some huge company who wants to steal my hard earned cash. They have enough money of their own!
