First stop electronics sells products that dont last anymore than 1 month. I bought a dvd vcr combo and it worked for2 weeks. I took it back over to them and told them what was going wrong with it and they said they cant help me its not there problem. They would not even give me another dvd vcr combo. They also said that they will not even do a refund because they do not do a return policy or exchange policy. All of the products they sell are used. My dvd vcr combo the serrial number was blacked out and they do not sell name brand products. They give all there customers a hard time when they take back a product that they have had problems with several of my friends are havin problems with products that they have bought from them.
