Disastrous Weekend

I ordered a Samsung LED TV from Safe National of America. It wassupposed to be a surprised gift for my sister. I chose the TV modelspecifically based on my sisters taste. I instructed the company to deliver theTV to my sisters flat. But my surprise turned out to be a disaster. When the TVwas delivered, one was she was asked to pay for the delivery and next is thatwhen she opened the package, the TV casing had a great crack on it. She thoughtI was playing a practical joke on her! She called me, and she didnt know what to say. I told her there hasbeen some mistake and I called the company because I want some answers whichthey cant give. They did change the TV, of course, I would not settle forless, but it took them more than two weeks to do that. This company really gave me a h*ll of a week.
