Incomplete Instruction Sheet

I received 3 containers with 8 1/2 x-11 training sheets incorporated (2 sheets each). Among the blankets was ripped within the scenery style rather than the face style which led to 1/2 of the directions lacking on all three sets. I named Cook Container to obtain new training sheets and also the customer support representative desired to promote me more containers to obtain fresh training sheets! I requested to talk to a boss and also the repetition explained he/she was on another point. This continued for fifteen minutes and lastly she disconnected me.
