I bought an ebay item (blackberry cell phone housing) from:

Ebay Id: ACCMONSTER. The cell phone housing fit horrible, there were spaces and bends all over the housing. I messaged them for a replacement or refund. They had me take pictures of the housing as it was installed so they could "investiage the problem". They concluded that I installed it badly and told me to take it apart and reinstall it, then contact them again if the housing still looks bad. I disassembled it and reinstalled 3 times and messaged them again. After asking me for a refund or replacement, I asked for a free replacement. Then they told me (get this) that I have to pay for shipping to return it (must be first class mail and with tracking) and there is a restocking fee.
