Did not receive two items that i purchased

I bought two digital camera models via a sweepstake present, one camera on 11/6, and another on 11/30. I've named dmi at (972-245-1233) and spoke with someone that didn't be seemingly an expert customer service rep. I had been told both times the items have been shipped. Nowadays 01/04, after i named i distributed to the csr that i had been on the site that claimed that dmi was working a fraud, the answer the csr offered was, "your cameras are in the mail"! I paid by check & both have satisfied!
