Shipped a Used 7" Netbook with Dead Battery and Dead Charge

EGlobal Wireless sent me a used 7" Netbook with a dead charger and a dead battery. Plastic covering that was supposed to be over display was pasted on tom of case. Telephone communication impossible due to overloaded inbox (probably full of complaints). Email to support responded with "we'll get back to you in 48 hours". Refused a full refund requested by Paypal and want to replace the charger and battery. I paid for a new "working" unit. Send me a new one or send me a replacement.

I should have read this blog before ordering from these people.
