Fraud and thieves!

We ordered a car DVD player in October. It was a Christmas present for our children and we opened it in December. That was our first mistake. Very shortly after we had it installed and realized it never worked. It would turn on but not play DVDs. We contacted them about returning it and sent it back for them to send us a new one. Then MONTHS went by and nothing. My husband and I would call and repeatedly were lied to and hung up on. Emails were not returned unless we threatened legal action. Finally almost a year after we ordered they said we had store credit (wouldn't give a refund since it had been more than 3 months). Now that we have store credit we have been emailing them to see what they actually have in stock (since at points when calling they stated they had NOTHING in stock) and no email has been returned. I have sent my story to national news stations to investigate and were in the process of moving so never got back to them. I'm sending my story and everyone else's to investigative news programs until this goes on TV. If enough people contact 20/20 and other programs I have a feeling we will find out the real deal about this company.

We ordered over a year ago! These people have told me that they don't have ANYTHING in stock when I asked if they could tell me something they had in stock so we weren't waiting. How this business (if you can call it that) is still going is beyond me. I am contacting news organizations about this scam. 20/20 has taken interest in the story but we recently moved and I need to give them my information. Dateline NBC as well. Through their sites you can submit information and someone will contact you and I suggest people do the same.
