Puchased the washing maching in 2004 and needed the internal bathtub fixed in 2007 at a price of $200.00. While this issue happened again approached Maytag to protest they provided me 15% off another washer. I told them the device was nevertheless good-and desired to get compenstation for that bathtub. They agreed to spend 50% off the components excluding work. Following a small study discovered it had been likely to price over $200.00 for fix and never sure exactly what the components were likely to be. I approached Maytag plus they essentially stated that was all-they might do for compenstation. I've been faithful and purchased Maytag items for my house and leases, but have observed their items have become more poor. I'll never again purchase another Maytag item. Our buddy had a similiar knowledge and also the technician told below to simply eliminate the washer they're not worth solving and stated it had been a bit of crap. I can't think a business that prides itself on lacking any fix issues are now actually switching out poor items. I observed lots of grievances of similiar character on the internet about Maytags washer dripping containers. These containers are simply hard-plastic and with time weaken I can't think they market crap such as this and anticipate the customer to carry on to purchase their goods. My advice: don't get maytag
