Weird, slow, communication issues

I am not sure if those are crooks or just poor guy sitting in the basement, but communication is non-existent. The account was charged instantly, but sent tracking number did not work. A week later when I expressed concerned about my order, I suddenly got email that status changed to Processed, new tracking number yet not working. I would suggest to stay away from this company until it stabilizes and gets some better reputation.
