Poor service, eronious charges

Following the May 2nd ton, I approached Hermitage Heat and Air-To take a look at our HVAC device which was surrounded by water. After I named, I particularly requested when they offered free quotes of course if they charged insurance providers. The woman stated "Yes" and that I offered her our insurance info. The specialist found our house, looked over the system, didn't do any function to it, informed my spouse "appears to be employed by today" withOUT performing any screening or pressing it and requested my spouse to get a cost of $75 for service-fee or he might spend $125 to get a "annual maintenance". After being there actually five minutes or less, my spouse clearly named me annoyed and requested that I contact their workplace to discover that which was happening and just why these were getting people for NOTHING! I told the woman that she stated there could be free in the future view it, and her reaction was "nicely, we will statement it for your insurance provider". They did statement it towards the insurance provider, however the insurance company didn't spend it whilst the insurance company had previously resolved the state with me. Today, a lady calls my spouse at 8 A.M. Today, EXTREMELY RUDE, SHOUTING AND YELLING saying he's thirty days to pay for the $75 or Hermitage Heat and Atmosphere was placing a loan on our home. He calmly tried explaining to her we're NOT spending something considering they didn't supply us with any kind of support of course if the insurance didn't spend them we will certainly not. Actually moment he talked she rudely abandoned and maintained stating numerous occasions she was processing a loan around the home. At that time after my spouse couldn't talk and got her abuse, he hung-up! I'm shocked with this entire knowledge!!! It is sad that people were flooding victims, the corporation today attempting to make the most of people by payment people mistakenly, after which the client support reps out of this organization actually yelling and shouting as though she was going to enter a road battle with my spouse... Over $75! I wonder just how many others have now been lied to about their "service-fee" and charged an excessive cost to operate a vehicle 2.4 kilometers, take a look at a device (without pressing it) for under five minutes, after which frighten them?!?! RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO PREVENT NO MATTER WHAT... Extremely rude rip-off!
