Ripped off by Wavee from a charge of 179 without any warning and unshipped ordered goods after more than 2 weeks

After trying to sign up for the wavee.com, without any warning after the credit card information has been requested, a fee of $179 has been charged against my card. Trying to contact the support, they haven't gotten back on my complain about this unwarranted and unconfirmed charge against my card on Sept 25.

So I tried to play, and won the $100 Amazon Gift Card for $6.23 which I paid against my credit card on Sept 25.

Then, in another bid I played but bought the product Kindle eBook Reader 3G Wifi instead with an amount of $182.78 on Sept 26.

All of these items I won have not been delivered and it is over 2 weeks.

I sent an email to support on Oct 9 but no one has gotten back to me since then. Tomorrow, I'm going to contact the company for this complain before I do any further action. This is obviously irresponsible company which should be closed so they cannot continue to rip off honest people's money.
