Discounts-electronics.com discounts-electronics.net rip off, thieves, liars, using false address, selling for 40% less than ANYONE at any store, listed their phone number wrong

I was looking for camera and lenses and came across a site that had UNBELIEVABLE pricing. I tried to call and they had their number listed wrong. I did some investigating by the address and called the number. It was the home of a couple who told me they have had MANY calls asking about this company and they had no idea what it was about.
I told them i would help to try and put a stop to it. I emailed the company 3 times and got no response. I was very disappointed to find out these people are obviously taking credit card numbers and making charges but not delivering any merchandise.
Anything that can be done to shut them down and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law would be greatly appreciated. Theres no telling how many people they have ripped off already.
