Fnanb - Circuit City
Put a Hit on my Credit Report, I have never had credit with Circuit City!

I have a "Charge Off"/"Past Due" on my credit report to the tune of $730/$744 from Circuit City. I have never had credit with Credit City yet they put a hit on my experian Credit Report. The list is quite long dating from 3 - 1996 to 9 - 2001. Then at the bottom of the long list of hits, the statement says: Creditor's statement. "Purchased by another lender". Is this a rip off or what?
