Do not follow through customer support to resolve a technical issue

Purchased a Lasonic Mp3 Player. I had a question in regards of the how it put my albums in order. I have a 90's collection and beside starting off at 1990, it starts at 1999 and then to 1998. Yet, when i go inside the album, the tracks are in order, like 1,2, 3, etc.
I contacted them in regards of that. Long story short, they have a firmware upgrade for it and after going round and round with this person on the phone, bottom line was this. Exactly, nothing. This device can be updated/upgrade to a better firmware version. So since it has the capabilities to do so, they won't do it. The guy on the phone was just comming with excuses, but mostly was sticking with guns on when he contacted the factory, that is how it is set up. So not only, they are aware of it, they neglect to fix it, nor address the issue presently.
Do not buy anything from them. They support illegal immigration. Why do i say that, well he has an hispanic that doesn't speak english, working for him. How can i determine that, because if he was a legal immigrant, you have to learn english. He has to translate my english to spanish and then translate his techs spanish into english. If any of you have every took a foreign laguage, or this phrase, lost in translation.
The rip off report is that they have capabilities to make device better and market that to you, but don't follow up with. They weren't going to follow up with me, when in fact if there is an update. Just because he doesn't have that update doesn't mean you turn down an existing customer that bought your product necause of a false sales tactic.
