They sent me a used headset and a charger that had frayed exposed wires... And it was the wrong charger, didn't even fit the headset. Reaching them is next to impossible. They never return any phone calls. When I finally did reach someone I had to return it, pay for shipping and get this, they short changed me on the return. I paid 59.99 and they returned 44.99. The worst company I've ever dealt with.
