SVP-tech.com, SVP SVP "RIP OFF" Beware of doing business with them

I purchased a camera/camcorder from SVP. It stopped working after 3 0r 4 uses. The unit would not charge. I sent it back to SVP for repair and heard nothing for three months, so I tried to contact them. It was very difficult to get a hold of thier service department. You get an answering machine not a person. I left my contact information and they never returned my call. I'm tryning to either get my camera fixed or replaced. Its been five months now that I've been dealing with this.

The one time I managed to talk to someone they told me that they cant find any record of recieving it, but I have a record of delivery by the shipping company that they recieved it. They either lost it or can't fix it. Now they are ignoring my attempts to contact them.

This is a Chinese company not an American one like the company name would lead you to believe. If you deal with this company you will loose your money and get absolutly NO COSTUMER SERVICE. Beware!!!
