I Placed order on April 2nd buying 2 wii fit w/balanceboard & never received order. However they gladly charged my c.C. I have sent many emails. No response... Help!

On April 2 i placed an order with gamecenterusa. I purchased (so I thought) 2 wii fit w/balanceboards. Totaling over $200.00. The order never has come in. I have emailed them everyday for the last week. Along with a few other emails earlier. I have never had a response from them at all! Now when i go to get on the internet site www.gamecenterusa.net site will not show up reads page cannot be found? What to do?
