Rebates never received and disconnected rebate center numbers

Well this is how this all starts out. I recently a few months ago purchased 3 phones. I was informed that there was rebates on all the phones. Which then now its been 3 months without any kinda of rebate returns to my address they never showed up. I did what was required to get the rebates which on two of the kyocera's was 20 each never received. I bought another phone in another state I was supposed to recieve 40.00 because the phone had that type of rebate. I cant stand calling the metro number and cant stand a word that most of these employee's cant understand a word they are saying and on top of that they give disconnected numbers to rebates centers which in fact this in just aggravating to every point you can imanginly possable. I have sent in all my info for these phones obviously they had to be miss placed or someone dosnt know what they are doing. I really need to maybe find a service like I had before when I did get a rebate I sent it in, and 4 to 6 weeks later I received it unlike metro they arent on top of there rebates status's at all. If I can advise you do not get a metro phone the phones are garbage and there rebates you will never see them so dont even get your hopes on that... Thanks for letting me share the craziness that I have to go through with even corporate and they cant even do anything.
