I purchased a clear screen cover and a graphic case for my brand new droid. A week, (one week mind you not three days, not five days, a week), goes by and my screen cover finally arrives. Surprise, ITS THE WRONG ONE. On top of that, theres no case. I wait until monday to call, cause their only open mon-fri, I call just to find out that the cover I bought and paid for wasn't in stock AT THE TIME I PURCHASED IT, not even so much as a warning, or a flag, or a notice, nothing. Big surprise in a long line of surprises... Even more so, the case still wasn't in stock, and they had no idea when it would be in stock again. The remedy, sending me a voucher for the clear screen cover that I ordered so that the next time I bought something from them, I could finally get the screen cover that I actually ordered for free... So yeah, I wait another week... Still no cover... Another week... Still no cover. Finally I call again! Waiting on the line for 10 minutes, just to get some snooty customer service rep (the supervisor actually) who thinks that sending me two cases in place of the one that I actually wanted is going to make it better. On top of that, he'll throw in the actual screen cover I ordered at no extra charge as well (no vouchers this time, isn't that sweet?).in this months worth of waiting I had made a small scratch on the device that I had fallen in love with... I bought a case the day I got the phone, to protect it from things like that... Because of this companies incompetence I got a scratch on it. If they where on the ball, it never would have happened... I digress... Back to the subject at hand. The cases get here, and theres STILL NO SCREEN COVER. On top of that the cases have paint rubbed off the edges... They look like someone just help up a generic case and spray painted it. Terrible quality, terrible service, infinitely long waiting times on hold when calling them, infinitly long waiting times on them to ship ANYTHING, unfriendly, irresponsible, only worried about getting your money... Who cares if we even give them what they ordered lets just sell sell sell attitude... Bar none, the worst company I have ever dealt with online. You would be better off setting your money on fire, or even better, make a droid case out of it, on second thought, order a case from them, then in two years, when its time for you to upgrade, get the same phone that your upgrading from and maybe, just maybe, the case will finally arrive for it... And it'll be the wrong one. I wish I could go on forever about how terrible, literally horrid, this company is. If motorola would buy out this company and liquify it, then strike a match and burn down the empty building then they would be doing all their customers a favor. Seriously.
